Terms and Conditions

Check in/Check out Time:

• Check-in time is from 2:00pm onwards.
• Check out time is 12:00 noon.
• All guest will be asked to register and present valid identification card upon check-in
• Early check-in is subject on room availability and cannot guarantee to accommodate, early check-in from 11:00AM onwards is Php500.00 for Standard Villa and Php1000.00 for Premium Villa.
• Late check-out is subject on room availability and cannot guarantee to accommodate, late check-out until 2:00PM is Php500.00 for Standard Villa and Php1000.00 for Premium Villa.

• All Villas are NON-SMOKING, smoking in a non smoking room will be charged PHP10,000.00.
• The resort will not collect an incidental deposit, however, damages incurred during the stay will be charged accordingly.
• Bringing in home-cooked food is prohibited, corkage fee may apply.
• Visiting hours is from 10:00 AM until 8:00 PM only, visitors can only be entertained in selected resort engagement areas, please note that other facilities is exclusive for in-house guests only.

Guaranteed Reservations:

• In order for us to guarantee your reservation, the resort will require 50% down payment, refundable based on our cancellation policy. 

• Cancellations made seven (7) days prior to check in date is free of charge, refund service fee will be shouldered by the client.
• Cancellations made five (5) days prior to check in date will incur 20% percent of the total room charge.
• Cancellations made three (3) days prior to check in date will incur 50% percent of the total room charge.
• Early Departure/No show will be charged 100% of the total room charge.

Reservation Modification Policy:

• Modification or rebooking of paid reservations is allowed Seven (7) days prior to arrival date. This is subject to room availability based on new preferred dates, additional charges may apply.

Child Policy:

• Standard Villa 1 child 0-6 years old is free on room accommodation if sharing bed to adult companion, breakfast is not included.
• Premium Villa maximum of 2 children 0-6 years old is free on room accommodation, bed sharing to adult companion, breakfast is not included.
• 7-11 years old  will be charged per night of PHP 800.00 for Standard Villa and PHP 1,300.00 for Premium Villa, breakfast included.
• 12 years old and above is considered as adult and will be charged per night of Php1,000.00 for Standard Villa and PHP 2,000.00 for Premium Villa, breakfast included.
