Terms and Conditions

This terms and conditions applies to all bookings made at Casa Verde Cliff Resort and Spa.

1.General Information

By making a reservation, guest agree to comply with these terms. All rooms are non-smoking
rooms.

• We will not collect incidental deposit, however any incidental damages, damages to
  property and stained linens we will charge accordingly.
• Bringing in outside cooked foods and beverages is not allowed.

2. Reservations.

• Standard Villa can accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 kid
• Premium Villa can accommodate up to 4 adults 2kids.
• Excess kid will be charged for breakfast fee in the restaurant.

Additional pax rate: 0-6 years is FREE of stay (breakfast excluded), 7 to 13 years old for Standard Villa is PHP 800.00 and for Premium Villa is PHP 1,300.00. 14 years old and above is considered as adult PHP 1,000.00 for Standard Villa, PHP 2,000.00 for Premium Villa.

3. Check-in and Check-out Standard Check-in time is 2:00 PM Standard Check-out time is on or
before 12:00 NN.

• Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
• Early Check-in fee from 9:00am PHP 500.00 for Standard Villas, PHP1000.00 for Premium Villas.
• Late checkout: subject for availability.
• Late checkout fee: Standard Villa PHP 500 per hour.
• Late checkout fee: Premium Villa PHP 1,000.00 per hour.
• Late checkout 3:00 PM and beyond is good for 1 night rate.

4. Payment Policy

• 50% reservation fee is required at the time of booking and full payment may be
  required upon arrival.
• Accept payment methods include (Cash, Bank Transfer, Gcash, Paymaya, Paypal).

5. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation must be made 3 days prior to arrival to avoid charges.
• Non-refundable bookings will incur the full cost if cancelled.

6. No Show Policy

A No Show will result in charge of 100% fee. 

7. Liability

The hotel is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guest personal property.

8. Changes to Terms

The hotel reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
Guest will be notified of any significant changes.
